CBN CandleBook News now sells music as well as artwork and books in our online shop.  At present, we sell CDs by the Spanish group, Sin Red.

A Federal Court in Australia has ruled that the Australian group Men at Work copied ’significant parts’ of the children’s classic “Kookaburra Sits In The Old Gum Tree”, written in the 1930s as a girl guides’ song. The group’s version, Land from Down Under, was a hit back in the 1980s.

A Kookaburra is a long-tailed kingfisher native to Australia and has a distinctive call that is likened to a laugh.
