A Federal Court in Australia has ruled that the Australian group Men at Work  copied 'significant parts' of the children's classic "Kookaburra Sits In The Old Gum Tree", written in the 1930s as a girl guides' song. The group's version, Land from Down Under, was a hit back in the 1980s.
